Stunning views and plenty of hills for everyone
Less hilly than previous years so an easier route. Nicer weather and easier route made it a less challenging route but still very enjoyable. Mince pies and mulled wine were very welcome. Great organisation.

All Hilly... No chilly
Had a brilliant day at Chilly Hilly. The weather was lovely, the atmosphere was warm and upbeat, and everything felt really well organised from start to finish. The mince pies were a lovely touch, and the scarf medals are such a great idea.
The crowd support was fantastic too, loads of friendly and encouraging faces all the way round, and the runners themselves were brilliant. A really well-run event and one I’d happily recommend.

One to remember
Fantastic marshalls. Very well organised, check in, tables, markers timers. Just excellent. Only very minor point would be the pre run brief was very difficult to hear.

Glorious and bracing race!
My 2nd time running this wonderful race - ok, so I wasn’t thinking it was wonderful halfway up Tennyson down as the wind tried to push me back down again - but that’s half the fun right! Marshalls are exceptional, the route is simply stunning and the sense of achievement having finished is second to none. I will be back!

Excellent views and the organisation was perfect
This was the first Chilly Hilly that I can remember that had clear skies and the views were amazing. The new course was as challenging as the old one, but with even better views.

A fabulous event. It was a very windy day but a great safety brief and lots of good humour made it a joy.

Awesome event..
The whole event is outstanding…and all the people behind this event are amazing in making this event happen…the scenery is breathtaking and the wind had a good part in it, but all in all loved the run, the camaraderie along the way, the cheers…leading to a great sense of achievement no matter what
